Acoustic. Precise. Architectural.
TILT's Multi-Perforated Panels (MPP) are an engineered louvre and screen system designed for South African climatic and acoustic conditions. Two standard module heights are available — both sharing a wave-form cross-section that provides inherent structural stiffness without additional steel backing, allowing generous clear spans between fixings while maintaining a visually slender panel depth.
The perforation geometry is precision-punched before roll-forming, ensuring consistent open areas and clean edges throughout. This process integrity underpins the panel's strong acoustic performance across blind, microperforated and windowed configurations. Panels are finished in architectural powder coat as standard, applied at a consistent dry film thickness to the full external and internal face of each profile — suitable for facades exposed to coastal or industrial environments.
Precision-punched perforation geometry for consistent open areas and clean edges. Strong acoustic performance across multiple configurations. Architectural powder coat finish as standard — suitable for coastal and industrial environments. Suitable for weather-exposed applications including ventilated facades, carpark screens and acoustic boundary walls.
Solar shading facades, privacy screens, acoustic treatment panels, carpark screening and decorative cladding. Ideal where a refined, low-open-area perforation pattern is required for visual privacy or controlled light filtering in commercial and residential projects.
Every ACP panel supplied by TILT uses the same proven multi-layer construction — engineered for flatness, weather resistance and long-term colour stability.
TILT supplies ACP in both standard PE core and non-combustible FR mineral-filled core configurations. Specify the correct core type for your project — multi-storey facade work in South Africa requires compliance with SANS 10400-T.
Reference data for the two core grades TILT specifies. Physical samples and full data sheets are available on request via the Specifiers Portal.
