Situated in Durban's Riverhorse Valley Business Estate, 90 Corobrik Road has been transformed through the installation of over 2,000m² of custom architectural cladding. Developed in collaboration with Studio 3B Architects, the project showcases how innovative façade design can dramatically enhance the appearance and identity of a commercial building.
The design vision centred around a multi-dimensional cladding system that wraps the building in layers of depth, texture and visual movement. Through precision manufacturing and installation, the façade was transformed into a bold architectural statement that stands out within the commercial precinct.
The façade features angled composite cladding panels in multiple colours, combined with custom perforated Blok patterns that reinforce the building's contemporary aesthetic. A defining feature of the project is the prominent white perimeter trim, creating a canopy-like effect that adds shadow, depth and dimension to the building envelope.
