TILT designs, makes and installs aluminium screens for homes, hotels and commercial buildings. Every screen is made to order in our Cape Town workshop. Send us a sketch, a reference image or a CAD file and we develop the pattern with you. There is no minimum order.

Privacy, shade and a single design language
One family of screens can run from the exterior to the ceiling and the bathroom, so the whole building reads as one design.
Privacy
Control sightlines without losing light or air. Perforated panels filter views and let daylight and breeze through. Used on balconies, bathrooms, garage fronts and fences.
Solar shading
Cut glare and heat gain on exposed facades. Fixed screens give constant shade; sliding and stacking screens let occupants adjust it through the day.
Interiors and decoration
Feature walls, ceilings, room dividers and entrance gates. At Waters Edge, Big Bay, one family of screens runs from the exterior sliding screens to the ceiling and the master-suite bathroom.
Fixed, sliding, stacking or automated
Fixed screens suit most openings and are the cost-effective choice. Sliding and stacking screens run on tracks sized to the opening. Automation is available.
Engineered, not just cut
We run finite element analysis on every custom frame assembly, testing wind load, gravity load and panel deflection in Autodesk Inventor before a component is cut.

Can I have a custom pattern?
Yes. There is no minimum order. Send a sketch, reference image, mood board or CAD file and our design team develops it from your brief.
Do you install, or only supply?
We design, fabricate and install ourselves, so one team is accountable from first drawing to final fix.
Do you work outside Cape Town?
Yes. We manufacture in Cape Town and install nationally, and have delivered in Johannesburg, Durban, the Garden Route and sub-Saharan Africa.
