Pergola roofs
Perforated or laser-cut aluminium panels that sit on the pergola frame and filter the sun, with the frame supplied where you need it. Open area is set to the balance of shade and light you want.
Infill screens
Panels for the sides of a pergola, balustrades, courtyard walls and entrances. Privacy and pattern, with air still moving through.

One team from first measure to final fixing
No hand-offs between designer, fabricator and installer. You deal with one team on every project.
Measure
We measure on site, or work from your drawings, before anything goes into production.
Draw
Shop drawings for your approval before anything is cut, showing the pattern, open area, finish and fixings.
Fabricate
Laser-cut and folded in our Cape Town workshop, then powder coated to your colour. Fixings suit the site, with stainless or class 4 fixings near the coast.
Install
Our own team fits it in South Africa. Abroad, we work with local installers.

Pergolas and sunscreens: your questions
Do you supply the pergola structure as well?
Yes, where the project needs it. We can supply the complete pergola, frame included, or just the aluminium roof panels, infill screens and sunscreens to fit a structure you already have. Tell us which you need in your brief.
How much shade or light will I get?
That is set by the perforation open area, from 5% to 60% and above. A lower open area gives more shade, a higher one lets in more light and air. We can also cut a bespoke pattern from your design file.
Will it stand up to wind and the coast?
The panels are aluminium, powder coated for outdoor use. Fixings are chosen for the site, with stainless or class 4 fixings near the coast, and the fixing detail is shown on the shop drawings.
Can I choose the pattern and colour?
Yes. Choose from our standard patterns or send your own design file, and pick a powder coat colour from our range. Custom colours are available on request. Free samples let you see the pattern and finish in your hand.
Who installs it?
In South Africa, our own team installs. Outside South Africa we work with local installers and support them with drawings and fixing details.
How much does a pergola or sunscreen cost?
It depends on the area, the pattern, the finish and site access. Send drawings or photos and a brief and we will prepare a quote.
Can I get free samples?
Yes. We send free pattern and colour samples, with shipping at your cost. Request them from the samples page.
