Designed with distinct North and South wings, the residence embraces the rustic character of its surroundings through a carefully selected palette of neutral finishes and clean architectural lines. Custom aluminium sliding screens, engineered to provide privacy, solar control and visual appeal, are finished in a neutral powder-coated coating that blends effortlessly into the surrounding landscape.
The chosen Square 30 perforation pattern introduces texture and depth while delivering practical performance benefits. Complementing the screening system, custom garage door cladding was incorporated to create a seamless and welcoming entrance feature, extending the same material finish and perforated pattern across the garage doors for a cohesive architectural result.
