The Rockefeller, a new build comprising of 278 Apartments and over 13 storeys high, it is truly the epitome of urban contemporary construction and design in Cape Town’s CBD. Our design contribution - a 21-meter façade- created not only to make a statement but to conceal and enclose the exterior staircase on the top levels and penthouse walkway.
