Why choose us

Facades & Cladding

Distinctive. Structural. Well-being.

Architects have elevated the role of building facades far beyond their traditional focus on aesthetic appeal. Today, facades are designed not only to enhance the visual character of a structure but also to contribute significantly to its structural integrity. Facades influence natural light, ventilation, and thermal comfort — all of which play a key role in creating healthier, more comfortable environments.

Tray / Cassette Approach

Tray panels are elegantly installed onto a precision-engineered sub-frame using sleek aluminium angle brackets. This method creates a clean, consistent 15mm shadow gap between panels, enhancing the modern aesthetic and providing subtle depth. The supporting sub-structure can be colour-matched to your specification.

Flat Panel Approach

Flat panels are seamlessly mounted onto a robust tubular aluminium sub-frame using a fixing method tailored to the project's requirements. Panels are secured using a high-performance combination of VHB tape and structural silicone for a clean look — or with precision-installed pop rivets for enhanced strength in more demanding environments. A colour-matched sub-structure is available on request.

Common questions

What is the standard shadow gap on tray systems?

Pluse Icon

TILT's standard tray/cassette installation creates a consistent 15mm shadow gap between panels. This is achieved using precision-engineered aluminium angle brackets and can be colour-matched to the sub-frame specification.

Do you handle the full project from design to installation?

Pluse Icon

Yes. TILT provides an end-to-end service: specification and design, shop drawings and samples, site assessment, manufacture, and full installation management. Our installation teams operate nationwide.

Can sub-frames be colour-matched?

Pluse Icon

Yes — both tray and flat panel sub-frames can be powder-coated to match your specified colour. This is available on request and adds a premium finish to the completed installation.
