Our approach.
Exposed frame
Our precision-engineered aluminium panels are securely installed between robust steel members using high-quality L-shaped aluminium brackets, ensuring a clean, streamlined finish with long-lasting durability. For optimal strength and stability, we utilise reliable mechanical fixings—typically M6 bolts and nuts—providing a solid connection that stands up to both time and the elements. This method not only enhances structural integrity but also allows for a sleek architectural appearance, making it ideal for a wide range of applications across residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Concealed frame
Our aluminium panels are securely mounted to the underside of a high-performance sub-frame system, combining clean design with lasting structural support. Each panel features precision-formed tabs, bent outward from the panel edges, which allow for discreet yet durable mechanical fixing directly to the sub-frame. A consistent 15mm gap is intentionally maintained between panels—not only to facilitate secure installation, but also to allow for thermal expansion, promote ventilation, and create a sleek, modern shadow line. This innovative mounting method delivers both visual elegance and dependable performance, making it an ideal solution for cutting-edge architectural projects.
